UFMC (Matlab files)

As part of the 5GNOW dissemination activities, Alcatel-Lucent Deutschland AG provides a Matlab-script, which contains the basic transceiver functionalities of Universal Filtered Multi-Carrier (UFMC), a.k.a Universal Filtered OFDM (UF-OFDM). UFMC is investigated within 5GNOW as a candidate 5G waveform (see D3.1). Please consider the terms of use within the script header.

Update 27.09.:

–    Fixed an issue with normalization (the original  code penalized UFMC, if SER has been drawn as a function of the SNR)
–    Added option to pre-compensate the frequency response of UFMC (within the pass-band) to achieve uniform power distribution between the subcarriers. Only applicable to the FFT-based receiver.
